Technical Support/Helpdesk Administrator 6-12+ month contract opportunity (likely extensions) Provides PC, application, security and connectivity support. Executes assigned regular tasks per the Daily Checklist. Participates in Compliance, Integration and Systems Development initiatives as required by Corporate IT Management and/or local IT Management. Responds to telephone calls, emails and Helpdesk tickets to assist computer users encountering problems. Evaluates and prioritizes support calls and determines best method for resolving.
